Laura Jenkins

Laura Jenkins grew up in the panhandle of Florida. She was raised in a Godly home, watching her parents work in music ministry. Music has always been a part of her life, and she always knew she wanted to sing about the love of Jesus. At a young age, she was inspired by the Happy Goodman Family, Gaither Trio, The Talleys, The Nelons, and Sandi Patty.

In second grade at seven years of age, God spoke to Laura, and she asked Jesus into her heart. It was the greatest decision of her life.

In 2023, Laura was singing at a senior adult luncheon and felt God calling her to do something bigger, and she said, “yes.” God put the right people in her path to help her along this wonderful journey. Her goal is to tell others about Christ and this free gift of salvation so we can spend eternity in Heaven.

Laura has recorded two CDs at Daywind Studios in Hendersonville. She lives in Hernando, MS, with her husband, Doug.
